:)Leaders need to be approachable, willing to listen, have time for their people, understanding, not given to angry responses needlessly. Also someone who has worked their way up in the ranks will have a greater benefit to both the employer as well as the other employees being worked with.
I liked the clip, short and asked appropriate questions to think about.
